Make Your Own Sausage Kebab Bar

  • 8 Teton Waters Ranch Polish Sausage links
  • 1 package cherry tomatoes
  • 2 large red or white onions chopped into 1” squares
  • 2 large bell peppers chopped into 1” squares
  • 1 package whole mushrooms optional
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese cut into 1” squares (optional)
  • Dipping sauces of your choice including:
  • Barbecue sauce
  • Mustard
  • Horseradish sauce

To have on hand:

  • 8 wooden skewers soaked in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning
  • A hot grill with coals heated to 350º


  • On a large platter, arrange all vegetables, brats and toppings.
  • Invite everyone to make their own skewers and assemble each one according to their own
  • tastes.
  • Place assembled skewers on grill and cook while turning every 2-3 minutes until all sides brown
  • and vegetables become tender.
  • Enjoy immediately!
