Make Your Own Sausage Kebab Bar
- 8 TWR 100% Grass-Fed Brats
- 1 package cherry tomatoes
- 2 large red or white onions chopped into 1” squares
- 2 large bell peppers chopped into 1” squares
- 1 package whole mushrooms optional
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese cut into 1” squares (optional)
- Dipping sauces of your choice including:
- Barbecue sauce
- Horseradish sauce
To have on hand:
- 8 wooden skewers soaked in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning
- A hot grill with coals heated to 350º
- On a large platter, arrange all vegetables, brats and toppings.
- Invite everyone to make their own skewers and assemble each one according to their own
- Place assembled skewers on grill and cook while turning every 2-3 minutes until all sides brown
- and vegetables become tender.
