Loaded Bison Hotdogs

  • 6 Teton Waters Ranch Bison Hot Dogs
  • 4 ears sweet corn
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes diced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro gently chopped
  • ¼ cup small red onion diced
  • ¼ cup stone ground mustard
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 6 hotdog buns


  • Preheat the grill to 375 degrees F.
  • Grill corn, turning regularly until charred on all sides but not burned. Set aside and let cool. Slicing off the kernels and place in a large bowl.
  • Add the tomato, cilantro, onion, mustard, salt, pepper and oil. Toss thoroughly. Set aside.
  • Grill the hotdogs for 3 minutes on each side. Set aside and cover with foil to keep warm.
  • Place each cooked hotdog in a bun, and top with the corn salsa. Serve immediately.
