Loaded Bison Hotdogs
Ingredients
- 6 Teton Waters Ranch Bison Hot Dogs
- 4 ears sweet corn
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes diced
- 2 tablespoons cilantro gently chopped
- ¼ cup small red onion diced
- ¼ cup stone ground mustard
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 6 hotdog buns
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to 375 degrees F.
- Grill corn, turning regularly until charred on all sides but not burned. Set aside and let cool. Slicing off the kernels and place in a large bowl.
- Add the tomato, cilantro, onion, mustard, salt, pepper and oil. Toss thoroughly. Set aside.
- Grill the hotdogs for 3 minutes on each side. Set aside and cover with foil to keep warm.
- Place each cooked hotdog in a bun, and top with the corn salsa. Serve immediately.
