Jalapeño Cheddar Brat Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 4 Teton Waters Ranch Jalapeño Cheddar Brats sliced into coins
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 cup onion diced
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 small head broccoli about 2 cups
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- ½ cup water chestnuts sliced
- 1½ cups snap peas
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a sauté pan on medium heat and sweat the onions. After 2 minutes, add the garlic and all of the vegetables. Cook the vegetables on medium for 5 minutes, until tender.
- Add the sliced jalapeño Cheddar brats and cook for another 5 minutes. Once they are cooked throughout, serve and enjoy!
