Jalapeño Cheddar Brat Stir Fry

  • 4 Teton Waters Ranch Jalapeño Cheddar Brats sliced into coins
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup onion diced
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 small head broccoli about 2 cups
  • 1 orange bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • ½ cup water chestnuts sliced
  • cups snap peas


  • Heat olive oil in a sauté pan on medium heat and sweat the onions. After 2 minutes, add the garlic and all of the vegetables. Cook the vegetables on medium for 5 minutes, until tender.
  • Add the sliced jalapeño Cheddar brats and cook for another 5 minutes. Once they are cooked throughout, serve and enjoy!
