Servings: 4

  • 4 Teton Waters Ranch Hot Dogs
  • 8 leaves butter or romaine lettuce
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 Roma tomatoes diced
  • 1 small red onion sliced
  • 1 small mango peeled and diced
  • 1 serrano pepper diced and de-seeded
  • 1 bunch cilantro leaves plucked and gently chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 avocado quartered and thinly sliced

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Remove leaves from the head of lettuce, rinse and spin dry or dry on paper towels.
  • Meanwhile, roll each hotdog in a slice of bacon and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the bacon is cooked and browned to your desired color (we like ours extra crispy).
  • Next, prepare the salsa. Put the tomatoes, onion, mango, serrano and cilantro in a small bowl. Salt and pepper, to taste.
  • To build the hotdogs, make a boat with 2 lettuce leaves on a plate. Set the bacon-wrapped hotdog in the boat and top with desired amount of salsa. Finish with avocado slices and enjoy!
