The bison brats come precooked, so this recipe is super fast to prepare and serve. It’s great, too, if you’re on a keto diet or just want something savory and delicious.
Bison Brat Bake

Ingredients
- 6 Teton Waters Ranch bison brats cut into large chunks
- 4 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoons sea salt
- 1 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
- 4 large carrots peeled and cut into ¼-inch-thick rounds
- 3 large zucchinis cut into ¼-inch-thick rounds
- 1 small yellow onion cut to same size as carrots/zucchinis
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, toss all the cut vegetables in 1 tablespoon of oil and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon each of salt and pepper. Add the sprigs of rosemary. Place in a glass casserole dish, and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove the dish from the oven. Add the bison brats, and bake for 5 more minutes. Once it’s hot throughout, enjoy!
