Harvest Wild Rice with Sausage

Ingredients
- Fall Festive Wild Rice
- 3 C of Cooked Wild Rice
- 1 Package Teton Waters Ranch Polish Sausage
- 2 C of Chopped Butternut Squash
- 1 C of dried Cranberries
- 1/2 C of Arugula
Spices:
- Sea Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Nutmeg
- Cinnamon
- Agave
- Olive Oil
Instructions
- In a large sauté pan, add olive oil, diced sausage, red onion and butternut squash. Season with all the seasonings to your likings (about a tbsp each). Let it simmer until everything is cooked. Once it’s cooked, turn off the stove and add cranberries. Let it sit for 5 more minutes on the stove top. Then add it to the cooked rice, chopped arugula (add more olive oil if needed). Stir together. Serve warm and enjoy!
