Harvest Wild Rice with Sausage

Ingredients

  • Fall Festive Wild Rice
  • 3 C of Cooked Wild Rice
  • 1 Teton Waters Ranch Kielbasa Rope Sausage
  • 2 C of Chopped Butternut Squash
  • 1 C of dried Cranberries
  • 1/2 C of Arugula

Spices:

  • Sea Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Nutmeg
  • Cinnamon
  • Agave
  • Olive Oil

Instructions

  • In a large sauté pan, add olive oil, diced sausage, red onion and butternut squash. Season with all the seasonings to your likings (about a tbsp each). Let it simmer until everything is cooked. Once it’s cooked, turn off the stove and add cranberries. Let it sit for 5 more minutes on the stove top. Then add it to the cooked rice, chopped arugula (add more olive oil if needed). Stir together. Serve warm and enjoy!
