Hot Dog Pasta Cups

Hot Dog Pasta Cups
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked mini pasta shells or elbow pasta
- 1/2 cup marinara or pasta sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
- 3-4 hot dogs cut into thirds
- Cooking spray for greasing muffin tin
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Mix the Pasta: In a bowl, combine the cooked pasta, marinara sauce, and shredded cheese until well mixed.
- Fill Muffin Tin: Spoon the pasta mixture into each muffin cup, filling them almost to the top.
- Add Hot Dog Pieces: Stick a piece of hot dog (cut into thirds) in the center of each muffin cup, pressing down slightly.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Cool and Pack: Let the pasta cups cool slightly before removing from the tin. Serve or pack in a lunchbox with extra marinara sauce for dipping (optional).
