Slow Cooker Sausage and Vegetable Soup

- 1 package Teton Waters Ranch Polish Sausage sliced into bite-sized pieces
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 onion diced
- 3 carrots chopped
- 2 stalks celery thinly sliced
- 1 zucchini chopped
- 1 can corn drained
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 3 cups baby spinach
- Place all ingredients except spinach in the bowl of a slow cooker, and cook on low heat for 7-8 hours or high heat for 3-4 hours.
- Just before serving, stir in spinach until wilted. Enjoy!
