Uncured and made without any added nitrates, nitrites or added sugar, this clean ingredient sausage is gently spiced with our house recipe of garlic, coriander, marjoram, and ginger which is lightly smoked for intensely great flavor. Each package contains 4 links. Keep refrigerated and use or freeze by date on package.
