Hot Dog & Potato Packs with Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 Teton Waters Ranch Hot Dogs
- 1 lb small red potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 small onion, cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Prepare 4 heavy-duty foil sheets large enough to hold all contents.
- Divide potato wedges among 4 pieces of foil.
- Add a hot dog, the onion wedges and cheese to each pouch.
- Drizzle with barbecue sauce and then fold foil around the mixture, sealing tightly.
- Grill, covered over hot coals, 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Open carefully to allow steam to escape each pouch. Serve immediately.
