Set aside and let cool. Slicing off the kernels and place in a large bowl.Add the tomato, cilantro, onion, mustard, salt, pepper and oil. Toss thoroughly. Set aside.Grill the hotdogs for 3 minutes on each side. Set aside and cover with foil to keep warm.Place each cooked hotdog in a bun, and top with the corn salsa. Serve immediately.
