Swedish Meatballs with Creamy Gravy
Ingredients
- 1 package Teton Waters Ranch Homestyle Meatballs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups beef broth
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Salt to taste
For Serving
- Cooked egg noodles or mashed potatoes
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or dill
Instructions
- Heat the Teton Waters Ranch Homestyle Meatballs in a large skillet according to package directions until heated through and lightly browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for about 1–2 minutes until lightly golden.
- Gradually whisk in beef broth, stirring constantly to prevent lumps. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt to taste. Simmer 3–5 minutes until thick and creamy.
- Return the meatballs to the skillet and gently toss to coat in the gravy. Warm through for about 3–4 minutes.
- Spoon meatballs and gravy over egg noodles or mashed potatoes. Garnish with chopped parsley or dill and serve immediately.
