Hot Dog & Potato Packs with Barbecue Sauce

Teton Waters Ranch Hot Dogs

small red potatoes, cut into wedges
1
small onion, cut into wedges
1/4
cup
shredded cheddar cheese
1/2
cup
barbecue sauce
Instructions
Prepare 4 heavy-duty foil sheets large enough to hold all contents.
Divide potato wedges among 4 pieces of foil.
Add a hot dog, the onion wedges and cheese to each pouch.
Drizzle with barbecue sauce and then fold foil around the mixture, sealing tightly.
Grill, covered over hot coals, 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Open carefully to allow steam to escape each pouch. Serve immediately.
