Cheesy BBQ Jalapeno Cheddar Brat Pasta

Cheesy BBQ Jalapeno Cheddar Brat Pasta
Ingredients
- 2 packages Teton Waters Ranch Jalapeño Cheddar Bratwurst sliced
- 1 lb Farfalle bowtie noodles
- 4 tbsp grass-fed butter
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 large green or red bell pepper chopped
- 1 to 1 ½ cups of your favorite BBQ sauce
- ½ cup grated cheese cheddar or Monterey Jack work great
- 2-3 fresh jalapeños sliced (optional, for an extra kick)
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the farfalle noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté the Veggies: Heat a large skillet or flat-top griddle over medium-high heat. Add a touch of butter or oil, then add the chopped onions and bell peppers. Cook until they are beautifully browned and tender.
- Sear the Brats: In the same pan (or alongside the veggies on your flat-top), add the sliced Jalapeno Cheddar Bratwurst. Sear until they are fully cooked through and have a nice, golden-brown crust. Mix the sausages, onions, and peppers together.
- Toss and Combine: In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained farfalle noodles, grass-fed butter, and your favorite BBQ sauce. Stir until the pasta is evenly coated. Gently fold in the warm bratwurst, onions, and bell peppers.
- Garnish and Serve: Transfer the pasta to a serving dish. Top generously with the grated cheese and sliced jalapeños. Serve immediately while hot and melty!
