2cans15 oz each cowboy beans (or baked beans with pinto/kidney beans)

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add sliced kielbasa and cook 4–5 minutes, turning occasionally, until lightly browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add onion and bell pepper. Cook 4–5 minutes until softened. Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds more.
Stir in cowboy beans, smoked paprika, black pepper, and any optional add-ins. Mix well.
