Bring a pot of water to a gentle simmer and cook hot dogs for 4–5 minutes until heated through. (Alternatively, grill for a lightly charred flavor.)
Steam or warm the buns until soft.
Place each hot dog in a bun and layer toppings in classic Chicago style: Yellow mustard, Sweet relish, Diced onions, Tomato wedges, Pickle spear, and Sport peppers.
