Instructions
Prepare the meatballs according to package directions (oven or stovetop) until heated through.
In a skillet or saucepan, combine barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey (if using), and smoked paprika. Warm over medium heat until smooth and slightly thickened.
Add the cooked meatballs to the sauce, gently stirring to coat. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 8–10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the sauce to cling to the meatballs.
Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
