1cupshredded cheesecheddar, pepper jack, or your choice
2–4 tbsp spicy saucehot sauce, chipotle mayo, etc.
Instructions
Cook the Sausage and Eggs
Chop the Teton Waters Ranch Polish Sausages into bite-sized pieces.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk with turmeric and salt.
Melt butter in the same skillet, then add eggs and scramble until just set. Remove from heat.
Prep the Tots
If not already cooked, prepare your tater tots according to package instructions until golden and crispy.
Chop slightly for easier burrito filling (optional).
Assemble the Burritos
Warm the tortillas slightly to make them more pliable.
Layer each tortilla with scrambled eggs, shredded cheese, cooked sausage, chopped tater tots, and a drizzle of spicy sauce.3. Roll tightly into a burrito, tucking in the ends.
Crisp the Burrito (Optional but recommended)
Heat a clean skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Place burritos seam-side down and cook for 1–2 minutes per side, until the outside is golden and crisp.
Serve and Enjoy
Slice in half and serve warm. Great on their own or with avocado, salsa, or sour cream.
