Teton Waters Ranch Bison Hot Dogs

cherry tomatoes
diced

cilantro
gently chopped

small red onion
diced
¼
cup
stone ground mustard

tablespoon
avocado oil

teaspoon
sea salt

teaspoon
freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
Preheat the grill to 375 degrees F.
Grill corn, turning regularly until charred on all sides but not burned. Set aside and let cool. Slicing off the kernels and place in a large bowl.
Add the tomato, cilantro, onion, mustard, salt, pepper and oil. Toss thoroughly. Set aside.
Grill the hotdogs for 3 minutes on each side. Set aside and cover with foil to keep warm.
Place each cooked hotdog in a bun, and top with the corn salsa. Serve immediately.
