Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Remove leaves from the head of lettuce, rinse and spin dry or dry on paper towels.
Meanwhile, roll each hotdog in a slice of bacon and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the bacon is cooked and browned to your desired color (we like ours extra crispy).
Next, prepare the salsa. Put the tomatoes, onion, mango, serrano and cilantro in a small bowl. Salt and pepper, to taste.
To build the hotdogs, make a boat with 2 lettuce leaves on a plate. Set the bacon-wrapped hotdog in the boat and top with desired amount of salsa. Finish with avocado slices and enjoy!
