1small head broccoliabout 2 cups
1orange bell pepper
1yellow bell pepper
1red bell pepper
½cupwater chestnutssliced
1½cupssnap peas
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a sauté pan on medium heat and sweat the onions. After 2 minutes, add the garlic and all of the vegetables. Cook the vegetables on medium for 5 minutes, until tender.
Add the sliced jalapeño Cheddar brats and cook for another 5 minutes. Once they are cooked throughout, serve and enjoy!
