Halloween Mummy Sausages

Ingredients

  • 3 packages Teton Waters Ranch Polish Sausage
  • 2 cups gluten free flour
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  • Pulse all ingredients together in a food processor on the dough setting until dough is formed. If you don’t have a food processor, you can also do it by hand.
  • Separate the dough in 12 little balls. Slowly roll the balls into long strips of dough and wrap them around the sausages.
  • Spray with ghee or olive oil and air fryer at 400 for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.

I used 3 packages of @twrgrassfedbeef Spicy Andouille Sausages for this recipe and it's 12 servings.
